No, the cape is some random bitz piece my friend won on ebay. He won something like, 6 of them and gave me three. I put one on Amdur here, one on Gorn, and another one on my RPG character from the time, Wulf bar Rus.

Thanks Glory4gondor, i have now made a gateway and an alternate river chain barrage that can be raised and we have had some interesting games trying not to bottle neg with mixed results

I reglued the staff and haven't had a problem. In fact, the mini fell off the table (due to my son not paying attention), but it came out unscathed. I was glad for that.
