I think you are speaking for the physical copy. By the way, will it be a pdf release sometime in the future? If so, when is it planned to be released?

Yes, Issue 3 is only available as a physical copy at the moment. It will be released as a free PDF later in the year but we're not sure exactly when. In the meantime, if you're interested in getting a physical copy then please email us on sbgmagazine@gmail.com.

Hi all!

I'm delighted to say that Issue 4 of SBG magazine is now available to pre-order before it goes on general release on Monday!

The latest issue sees us returning to Dol Guldur with more rules, scenarios and battle reports being played out over Barry O'Neill's gorgeous Dol Guldur terrain. There's also a tactics article for the three wizards, a guide to painting the Nagul in non-metallic-metals and much, much more.

As always you can order your copy (as well as all the back issues) by emailing us on sbgmagazine@gmail.com. The magazine is £10 per issue posted to the UK, £13 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world - we look forward to hearing from you!

I received my copy a couple of days ago. A beautiful looking magazine with great production values. Articles are useful - exacty what we hobbyists need! I have all four of the magazines in hard copy now and I am very happy with them. Roll on the next issue.

Hi all,

Thanks for all the great messages on here, it's really rewarding hearing such great feedback and it really means a lot.

The PDF release is still happening and the PDF of Issue 3 should be ready and online very soon. Unfortunately, real life has been exceptionally busy for me of late (baby due in 5 weeks - EEK!) and it's just meant that a few things have slipped through the cracks.

Rest assured though the Issue 3 PDF will be available soon and the Issue 4 PDF released when we launch Issue 5 at Ardacon in August.

Thanks again for all the continued support, it really means a lot.

Well, after a delay that was far longer than expected (sorry!), we're delighted to announce that the PDF for Issue 3 is now available for free download at the link below - enjoy!

Wow, those Nazgul are amazing! I converted up my own Forsaken using a Haradrim with Easterling head, but these are absolutely fantastic. Hope GW releases them soon.

Really? How so? Knowing that the Middle-earth team had been formed we were very careful to ensure that nothing we included would be invalidated by the new book and I think we were successful. It's why there's no new profiles in Issues 3 and 4 for one thing. There's certainly nothing in Issue 4 that I can see that has been invalidated by TABA. In all honesty. the only thing that I can see as being invalidated throughout all 4 issues is the two pages of profile in Issue 2 and I'll take that! :-)

Ha, Issue 6?!?! Hard to say, we know what's going into it and work's already begun (and completed in some cases) on various scenery and miniature bits and bobs. All being well, I'd guess it would be released at the Desolation of Stockport next year so maybe April 2018 - feels like a loooong way off though! :-)
