Well, I like the models, but not enough to buy them for 40 euros for only six models. Forge world makes some nice stuff, but the prices...
I will keep using my ('old') metal models.

And if I would buy them, I would make as much as possible with helmets on (only not for a captain, or maybe 2), but there are 4 helmets for every 6 models, so that wouldn't work for me...

I think the price is over the top. Was interested until I checked the prices. $50 USD! In my book, a real issue for a game relaunch. But YMMV.

According to the description there are 6 heads with helmets and 4 without.

Oops... I 'misread' it, thought there where 4 with helmet, but it's 4 without. I stand corrected :oops:

Wow yeah that is expensive. Is there a reason these weren't done in plastic? Not enough demand?

They look nice, I'm just warry of resin.

If you consider what metal KoDA are going for on the secondary market, these aren't too badly priced. I'm not sure how I feel about Mr. Shield butt though.

I think these will make a nice birthday gift but I do not see a pressing need to make the nine metal foot knights I already have go into the smelter just yet.

The new Theoden was scaled nicely with the plastic warriors and riders of rohan. These knights don't scale so well with the older plastic stuff - they're big like plastic rangers, warriors of the dead and corsairs.

I plan on getting them, especially since I didn't buy the metal ones the first time around. They're pretty expensive, but I guess that's what happens when the game goes to Forge World. Better than disappearing.

My set was delivered yesterday, fast delivery only ordered on Sunday.
They are amazing, great sculpts and the quality is first class, good choice of heads with or without helmets
