I cannot seem to find a list of which packs have been made and many of them are no longer on the site. Is this list accurate as of 11/23/19?

Yes thats the 10 packs. They also made the sleeves as well

Were the cards available for a limited time only?

I was planning to pick them up at some point, but now I can't find them available anywhere.
