Fantastic second part! I've been eagerly awaiting this article and now that it's up I might get hold of a new Boromir myself and paint it up using these two articles, brilliantly laid out and superb finishing results!

Really nice tutorial and great work. The face part was particularly helpful! You make it look much easier than it is.
