I'm trying to emulate the effect of ghostly vapor seen on the bases of the army of the dead. I have my cotton balls ready to pull apart and place around the model base, Is this the best option? Which glue , PVA ,? I noticed some people have painted them, short of an air brush (which I do not have), what the best way of applying paint to the cotton wall ?
