Warhammer community has a solo game for warhammer that could be adapted for battle companies. Has a nice event table with events such as rockslide and lost in the woods https://www.warhammer-community.com/202 ... ge-post-1/

I can see some potential to inspire something BC friendly... but that is quite a risk at the end if you stay true to the design idea....
