hi. im trying to find out obout the history of arda. how it was created, who created it. who put the creatures theere. things like that. so i was wondering if there are any websites that give a complete history. ive tried google but not come up with much. much appreciated. steve

Its a difficult read to begin with, but I would suggest purchasing a copy of The Silmarillion.

...and then I would get start the HIstory of Middle Earth books 8) there's a lot more than you'd have that you needed to know in there..
