What are your least favourite changes that they made in the films?

Mine are leaving out Glorfindel, having Elrond deliver Anduril, and having Nazgul killed and then brought back to life.

Omitting the entire Linhir and Pelargir battles by bringing the Oathbreakers to the Pellenor Fields.
