Túrin killed Brandir, the last lord of the Haladin, but not the last of the Haladin themselves.

Húrin Thalion learning that his Son & Daughter were dead, blamed the Haladin for this and for the death of his wife, and sought revenge.
He was responsible for killing the last of the house of Haldad, but not for wiping out the Haladin as a whole, some survived, albeit they were not recognised in later years as a people.

sorry guys for the delay, I've been out for couple of days.
So here's an easy one:

What was the map Gandalf picked up in Bag End?

A piece of paper with all sorts of things written and drawn on it.

Ok, I'm not too well read on LotR at the moment, having not read the books in years, so another easy question from Ingold:

What was the name of the guardsman who slew Smaug, what did he slay him with, and who's had the _____ been?

Bard was the guardsman, he slew Smaug with his 'never-missing' Black Arrow which has been in his family for a very long time

All right who sung these lines:

"Though all to ruin fell the world,
and were dissolved an backward hurled,
unmade into the old abyss
yet were it's making good for this"

I can't give the last lines as they would give it away so have fun searching the song

It is from the song of Luthièn.

It was a song of Luthien but not sung by her!
Sorry Amathadan but the question was who sung it?
