Aeglos = "Snow-Point" , sometimes translated as Icicle

Gurthang = "Iron of Death"

Anglachel = "Iron of the Flaming Star"

Anguirel = "Iron of Stony Star" If my Sindarin serves well ..

Anglachel="Iron of the Flaming Star": the sword forged by Eol the Dark Elf and borne by Beleg of Doriath.

Anguirel="Iron of the Burning Star": the sword of Eol the Dark elf and on of pair swords (the other was Anglachel above).

Gurthang="Iron of Death": the name given by Túrin Turambar to Beleg's black sword Anglachel after being reforged.

Aeglos='Snow Point': the spear of Gil-Galad.

Flaming , Burning .. It's the same :wink:

I think that Icicle makes more sense than Snow-Point , but that is what it Literally translates to IIRC ...

New question:

We are two objects , gained by a wizard , both forged by the elves , one Willingly given , one unbeknownst to us taken, though it's new master deserves it more than the previous.
