I love this guide. I'm currently using him for creating my backlog.
I miss this Gimli (The Fellowship of the ring, Mines of Moria):

Awesome guide Miniman! I have been using it for quiet some time now :)
Not only it's a easy way to complete your collection, it also makes trading a lot easier if you are looking for specific poses
Thank you for making our lives easier ;)

After having another look I do have a question. You have placed the Castellans of Dol Guldur with "men", but aren't they supposed to be formless wraiths under The Necromancer's control?

I think you're right. I will correct it in the next version.
Thanks. :)

Because these minis were so ugly and so different from the style we get earlier I've placed them to the end of the CG.
Since The Hobbit minis are also so different I may put them at the appropriate place...

First of all thank you for your guide :) It's superb! For me it is complete. With one exception. If it is possible to add this wonderfull Thranduil coversion, would be great. It's very inspiring miniature for me and I think for many...

That is kind of you to mention us but the Thranduil on Elk isn't an official miniature. Otherwise you would have to add the Mounted Radagast, Grima, Elendil, King of the Dead to name but a few of the things we have done along with the four different Azog conversions. It would never end! :)

Yep, I know, but this particular conversion is more movie-like, than official, so adding it at the end of your guide doesn't mean you need to add all wonderful conversions made by Tolkien and LOtR fans :) Have no idea why GW decided to mount Thranduil on horse, but movie version is great as well as miniature from link. Anyway it is your decision and Guide is great without it :D

Sooo useful - thank you very much for doing this guide, your work is much appreciated. Not sure if this is any good for you but found some supplements from White Dwarf / BGiME that were lurking in the attic:

1) War of the Ring Campaign booklet, 12 page booklet.
2) The Battle for Middle Earth Camapign map.
3) Banner Sticker Pack (I think that this was from BGiME but not sosure now).
4) The Two Towers SBG Playsheet.
5) The War of the Ring Campaign Map.
6) LotR: The War of the Ring, Order of Battle book.

I purchased a Ringwraith foot and mounted from ebay which arrived still NIB and while the horse and rider match the model labeled Mounted Ringwraith 1 in this guide, the sword arm doesn't. Instead it is raised above the head and more closely matches that of the Mounted Ringwraith 3. Would this be considered a different model, a suppliers mistake or just an interchangeable part?

The 3 mounted ringwraith arms were all interchangeable with the 3 different models so that you could create 9 different poses.

I'd had a thought that might be it as it would make sense to provide 9 distinct poses but wasn't sure. Thanks for the clarification.
