I've actually asked this before. Miniman has locked the PDF which means that only the original user can actually 'edit' it.

Miniman, would you consider giving all us poor users out here the ability to add checkmarks to this PDF? I believe you need to change the permission settings.

I at one stage I printed off this entire guide and got it bound just so that I could track my model collection

Hi Everyone,

I need some advice, and I hope someone could help me, or states if it can be made or not.

Time to time I'm asked to make the checkboxes available.
Adobe PDFs can be made as forms, so it could be done.
Of course with a lot of work, and countless hours, (I don't know if I have the time for it.)
Then the next question would be a counter next to it , in case if you have more then one.
Much much more work...

But if I'm right these informations are collected in the file itself, so if you get a new version you will have to start again.
Next option is to have an other file (whatever format it is) and the information should be stored there. So you must have two files, the pdf and an other. (More problems...)
But if you get a new version your new pdf should read back (import) this data file automatically (or not).

So if you want the CG to be collect your data:
1. Checkboxes,
2. Counters,
3. Automatic Data Export to an other file
4. Automatic Data Import from the other file
This also means you have to manage the two files together.

Does anybody have the knowledge if it can be made theoretically?

Thanks in advance.

I have the latest version which I opened in Preview on my old iMac. This has let me tick the boxes and then save it under a different name.

Ok so I think its just palace guard and mirkwood ranger sprues? You can probly remove the Bard and Thorins company from the unreleased section at the end now since they did all become available and all appear earlier in the document.

At some point I've thought it would be a great thing to know what spare parts are available in the sprues. Nowadays I'm not sure...

I've removed those pics. Next version will be up to date.
Thanks! You have an eagle eye! :D

Hi Miniman

First of all. Congratulations on this amazing guide!

I have been in the hobby for a year or so, and I have just found this guide that looks so so useful.

I have not got into all the details of the guide yet, and I plan to do a complete inventory of my minis soon. I have read about tickboxes. In my case I am using the surface pen to tick the boxes.

I would love to express my gratitude with a humble contribution. I saw that the sprue of the woodland realms palace guards is missing, and I happend to have a boxed set just on my shelf.

I can upload a better image if you want. I took that one quickly

Hi Akherasil,

Thank you for your kind words, and I'm happy that you found it useful. ;)

Thanks for the picture. It is a really good picture. I will check it later.

Cheers,
Miniman

Awesome Update Thanks!, finally got my fix on this collection guide.
I was going to mention the Thorins Company and Bard needed removing from the "Unreleased Section" but Dave beat me to it :-D .

However the Profile card section needs a bit of tweaking. Under the "Defenders of Pelennor" Cards the text box says Mordor.
The section is also missing the other releases from the first wave and the boxes that came with the cards. Here is the full list:
Magical Powers Card Pack
Defendors of Pelennor Profile Card Pack
Elves and Dwarves Profile Card Pack
Fallen Realms Profile Card Pack
Free Peoples Profile Card Pack
Isengard and Moria Profile Card Pack
Mordor Profile Card Pack
The Hobbit - Dwarves Profile Card Pack
The Hobbit - Evil Profile Card Pack
The Hobbit - Good Profile Card Pack

There are also sleeves released as seen in the below links.

https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... -and-more/
https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... -and-more/
https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... es-begins/
https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... he-hobbit/

Edit: Dice section is missing Army of the dead dice and Isengard Dice
Hope this all helps.
Edit 2: What is your plan with "missing sprues"? should every plastic model ever released have a sprue picture too, or is it just larger sprues or sprues where the models can vary their assembly? E.g. The new foot and mounted Theoden is plastic and has options for helmets and shields foot and mounted so shoudl he have a sprue on the guide too?
