Could someone who speaks this language see if they can read which miniatures the bases of these are? Or if you just have very good miniature identification skills then that'll do too!

They look like Mantic Ghouls/Undead

Thats what I thought initially, but having looked closely at the sprue the torsos look different

I would agree with Quendil, they look very much like Mantic's Undead Ghouls.
