This may have been asked before but I cannot find it. The grandsons (and grandad) are looking for something to add to our Moria Goblin Army and when looking through the books and threads here we decided on Goblin Prowlers so we looked on the GW site and can only find the chaps with two handed axes. Good though they appear we'd also like some sword & shield and archer types.

As far as I can see GW did not make the others. So what do you use?

I can convert some of our spare plastic goblins with greenstuff or milliput but I'm looking for something in different poses so the boys can identify them easily on the game table.

Indeed, GW didn't make the other poses. There are some independent companies who make good proxies. But converting the plastic goblins and giving them a distinctive painted hood is also a good option.

Thanks - Thought so. I'll do some conversions.

Sculpting some hoods is the usual strategy indeed. Could add full cloaks to emphasise the difference a bit more. In addition, I turned the swords on some of mine to be more sneaky dagger like and trimmed down the shields a bit. (Done half a decade ago and showing their age, but you get the idea!)

Just cut it off around the hand and reattach. Flimsy small pieces, but that's goblin-sized weaponry for you.
