Yup, that looks pretty good, except it looks like your dwarf rangers and Khazad guard and iron guard are a bit low on companies(well maybe not but I'm a small formation critic, lol). Dwarf rangers definetely need to be a bit bigger (maybe just an extra company on each). I don't know if the KG and IG need to be bigger (do they have indomitable? If they do they probably don't need any more).

As spuds4ever has said: bigger formations.

No formation should be less than 3 unless it has indomitable and even then, only if they have a huge defence (like Vault Wardens). Personally, 4 is ideal for dwarves, although that's if they have shields.

Put the Rangers into one formation and drop some command options from most formations. Captains can either be removed or reduced to shieldbearers and use the saved points to buy an extra formation or two of both Khazad Guard and Iron Guard (preferably two since they don't have shields).

Removing all of the captains gives you an extra 200 points, allowing 2 companies of each. Reducing captains to shieldbearers and just removing those that already do gives you 150 points still. Allowing one company for each and an extra 50 points to choose one or spend on a different company or a fortune etc...

I'd swap some of the Captains for another Epic Hero, perhaps Balin?

I disagree, I think you're "overloading" on captains.

If I'm not mistaken, I think captains are very easily killed in duels so maybe get someone with some decent epic actions like General Elessar said.

Precisely. Also, Epic Heroes aren't bound to a single formation, so you can move them to where you need them.

I think that you have enough Epic Heroes, although one more wouldn;t be too bad, unfortunately, you have FAR too many captains (without shadow of a doubt), but the points would be better spent on more bodies considering the Epics you already have IMO.
