Hey what army should I go with? I know i want elves the only problem is I like cavalry and Legolas (but Elrond still kicks @$$)and those only come with one branch of the elves. Also which army go's well as allies? I have the whole fellowship and about 50 dwarfs ( got them from a guy on another forum for 5$ :D )


I also need an evil army for my younger brother whom is not into the game but he will be :twisted:

You could always ally in the cavalry and dwarves.

Are dwarfs a good force? What are there pros and cons? And what limits are there on allies? I know you can only have 25%. But can you have like 3 armies as allies?

As far as I know you can, however you won't have very many guys if you ally in 2 armies. 25% ally limitation is only in WotR.

And about dwarves.

Pros:

-Best defence in the game
-High courage
-Powerful Heroes
-Very strong elites
-High fight value
-Strong bows
-Look great (IMO)
Cons:
-Slow moving
-No spear support (except vault wardens)
-Fairly expensive troops
-Short bow range (except rangers but they are expensive with bows)
-No cavalry

You could also play as Elves with Gondorian and/or Men of Dol Amroth.

I don't really understand your problem. If you want cavalry what's wrong with the Galadhrim Knights?
