I bought DT not just for the exellent models and game play but to create winter terrain, something I have never attempted before.
If you have not seen DT before the rules a very simple and easy to pick up but you spend all your game worrying about tactics rather than looking up rules all night - like SBG really. The game is set ina 'what if' WW2 situation where the Germans have located alien technology and put it to use.
Here's the results:

Sounds like an interesting game and storyline. May I ask what scale those models are? Great painting and terrain by the way! 8)

They are 1/48 scale, which are bigger than your standard 28mm and more accurately proportioned.

I have the game too Dave and think it's really cleverly done. The models are superb (I got them for use with Secrets of the Third Reich as well).

And that's some mighty nice terrain there too - love the trees!

 I need more friends. I've had one game so far and have been hanging out for another. I think I need to move to Gillingham.

Is that him inbetween the toes of the mech? I wondered what that was. I think the yanks call him Waldo in case they miss the reference. :)

I notice that you have the Lothar variant there too Dave, very nice. It's high on my list of must-have purchases after I get this gaming convention out of the way.
