I've had 2 boxes of BoFA sitting on my shelf for the last year and a half. They belong to a mate who has moved away for a while and I've been meaning to get them painted for him for a long time.

I've finally been able to put paint to plastic and here's what I've come up with so far.

Firstly the Goblins/Orcs.

I've got two boxes and have managed to get through the "good" guys in one box, and most of the orcs. I haven't even begun to touch the second box!

That's some serious army painting.....I used to think BOFA looked stupid, now I'm reconsidering....

Even Gaarew is impressed by your hordes: that's a rare accomplishment!
That is possibly the largest Middle-Earth army I have ever beheld. The patience it takes to do something that grandiose.... wow... Congratulations on your stunning accomplshment. :yay:

Thanks for all the kind comments, MUCH appreciated fellas 8)

These aren't actually my miniatures so I won't be doing a battle report with them.

The owner will be in town before Christmas so I will have to get cracking on with them soon (I've been spending all my hobby time painting my Rohirrim for an upcoming WotR tournament).

Next up will be the Warg riders and then onto the goodies.
