| Post subject: | LotR TCG (Decipher) and Middle Earth CCG (ICE) |
Hey guys, Found a huge stash of cards during my recent LotR hobby revival. The LotR TCG game was by Decipher, released in 2001 to coincide with the films. THe Middle Earth CCG was by ICe, and released around the mid-90s. Think it used some artwork by Alan Howe but it was one of the first things I got into when I was 11 or 12, when I started playing a lot of miniature and card games. I'm just wondering if anyone collected or still even plays using either of these. Would be good to discuss further but I also have some gaps in some decks I'd like to fill, and trade cards too. The LotR TCG I collected from the very first Fellowship of the Ring set up until set 19, Age's End. For the Middle Earth CCG, I have the majority of cards from the Wizards and the Dragons set, as well as a lot from Dark Minions. I also have a fair number of Lidless Eye cards, which I'd like to expand on, as well as a lot of the White Hand expansion (my favourite set). |
