Thanks to a very helpful clarification from Dr Grant (thank you again), it turns out that the figure I'm looking for is in fact:
"Legolas Greenleaf" in plastic.

This is a Games Workshop figure that was in a single pack and marked as "the Desolation of Smaug". It is a 5-part plastic kit and the figure has a bow and 2 daggers.

Does anyone know of someone who has one for sale?

Hello there. The forum does not facilitate cash transactions between members as a general rule. Thank said, directing someone to a third party seller (like ebay) ought to be fine. I have personally never seen one of these Legolas models on ebay but I will keep an eye out.
