Okay, here's an easy one. My friend and I are trying to get some LotRBSG stuff done, and we can't seem to find the rule that tells you how many archers you can have in your army. Can someone give us that page number real quick? You know, the rule that says 1/3 of your army max can ahve bows or something like that.
