If an orc tracker jumps on a mordor seige bow, can he add his 4+ accuracy to the seige bow? If at least 2 of the original crew remain on the weapon, the rules imply it will not be negatively affected by the untrained crew member. It also says to use the highest shoot value. The rules don't say this isn't allowed. I'm curious on other peoples thoughts.

I am afraid I dont see what you mean. There is an entry for untrained crew on page 116 of the main rule book. When they are helping it only ever hits on a 6.

I don't think you can put a regular model next to a siege engine to boost the shooting value. The "regular" trooper wouldn't have any siege training, so logically shouldn't be able to do better than the normal crew. And you wouldn't want people to start putting Legolas next to their artillery so that it would auto-hit on a 2+
