Shelob is a Convenient Ally in a Moria armylist, because she has the Mordor Keyword in her profile. The fact that she is listed under Baradur (an Impossible Ally of Moria) does not matter... The keyword trumps all (page 16, Rules Manual).

This is true...right?

Shelob can be taken in a Mordor Army (written p134), that means she can ally with moria
