Well hoorah for exams finished... very little to do now :D

Here's the Gandalf conversion that I've been excited about for ages... I have literally wanted to do this convo since the beginning of the hobby and now he's all done :)

Removing the staff off was a tricky number but I'm really pleased with how he turned out.

I really like that. Fantastic idea. Although I think Gandalf may have put something very odd in that pipe to create that much smoke!

It looks really great though

Thanks Garmy :)

The smoke used to be quite a bit more subtle but my lil' sister saw it and removed it, thinking it was a piece dust/fluff heheh

I would certainly do a matching Bilbo But I don't have a spare model sadly :/
I might try to trade one, I'll see...

No fear.. shes old enough to want to 'help' by 'cleaning up fluff' as oppose to chewing things now haha

Well done Sid! That is such a neat idea one begins to wonder why no-one thought of it before. The mini is very well painted but that smoke is such a neat and idiosyncratic addition - it's a winner. Well done (again!)

^ Thanks Dorth, most kind indeed

The Diorama is finito! :D

Hobbit versus Rabbit:

Rather chuffed with it tbh, especially in picture; nothing quite like a nice wide aperture to make things pop.

The rabbit isn't particularly great but it was my best shot after a long lack of sculpting

C&C welcome as per norm :)

Nice little dio, love the idea, but is the rabbit the infamous Monty Python rabbit ? If so then Mr Hobbit is in trouble.

Looks like he'll need the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch

And Saint Attila raised the hand grenade up on high, saying, "O Lord, bless this thy hand grenade, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy."

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.
