I agree with Mapper. Great use of skulls on the base to capture the feel of the Paths of the Dead. I like the smooth painting of them too. They look awesome :)

Mmmmmmm nice.

Though traditionally there's little going on in terms of colour schemes for the Army of the Dead, you've really made use of a nice tame palate alongside distinctive bases and created a wonderfully even ghostly look. Keep up the fine work! 8)

The skulls are a nice touch! Are those from GW?

that's awesome. I'm a fan of the non-fluorescent light looking army of the dead.

Very nicely done, from the shading on the weapons and the helmets, to the great work on the bases!

This is Grishaq, the first lieutenant of Gorgol, son of Bolg.

Gorgol and his followers were driven east by the Eagles, and forced to retreat after the defeat of the Battle of the Five Armies. Now he has returned to Gundabad looking to claim his father's throne.

If Gorgol is to become ruler of the Goblin warrens under Gundabad, then he must rally more followers like Grishaq and subjugate the rest of the orcs of the Misty Mountains.

* Thats after I added some rust effect:

"Gorgol, son of Bolg wields the scimitar of his father, which was forged in Carn Dûm by dark smiths and was bound with spells by the Witch-king himself. The scimitar is notched where Beorn’s claws knocked it from Bolg’s grip, but its strength is undiminished." - Heart of the Wild - The One Ring RPG.
