I have got a bit of terrain work done.

The fronts of these Hobbit Holes are resin pieces I got from a Kickstarter a while ago.

Still a bit rough, need some filling before I start painting.

So, I didn't paint for a while.

I've got back into it, though, mostly painting at lunchtimes to break up the day as I am working 100% at home.

Slow but steady progress, and here's 12 warriors of Rohan done! Bit of a varnish issue, went a bit opaque :(

Don't remind me of all the Rohan I have to paint....

Nice job on them. Hard to find hobby time when working at home.

That new Eomer miniature is just gorgeous! Judging from your prevoius work, I know you will do it justice :)

Can't wait to see the finished result!

Nice to see the figure put together, do you have plans for the extra weapons/heads?

First completed models for the year!

Well, the bases aren't done, but I will have to wait for Spring so I can varnish them outside first.

Rohan outriders - I have given them brown rather than green cloaks so that they are hopefully more distinctive on the tabletop and their different rules can be remembered ;)

A few more Rohirrim done (apart from Varnishing, basing, so these chaps will appear again later in the year).

Including the rare captain with axe (Mine almost certainly a recast, bought it on eBay) and Theodred, the ill-fated heir to the throne:

Your Rohirrim are coming along nicely! Why do you think it is a recast, lack of detail or where you bought it from?

Thanks!

Bit of both, there are some rough bits, and I bought it from some random eBay account, I can't think there are that many "real" ones out there, really.
