Hi all,

New member here but long term lover of the Strategy Battle Game, well more specifically the High Elves from the Last Alliance!

My collection has grown organically over 10 or so years which has left me with a force which has been completed to varying standards as my painting skills have progressed (albeit slowly!) over that time frame.

I recently completed, as part of some much needed lock down hobbying, the latest batch of Elves from the Last Alliance box, using a scheme developed to be quick, easy and hopefully to a decent tabletop standard! (pic attached).

These latest additions made the contrast between my earliest minis even greater... so I'm now torn on whether or not I should I bring my remaining forces inline with this scheme? I have circa 50 models that would need to be stripped and repainted, so it isn't a small feat, but would certainly put my mild OCD at ease haha!

I'd love to know your thoughts, both on the paint scheme, but also the idea on stripping and repainting that number of minis? It would be the first time I've stripped any plastic minis - so any hints and tips would be most welcome!

Looking forward to becoming an active member on the forum and sharing my progress with you all!

Clarkey

I tried and failed to attach the photo referenced in the above post - hopefully this attempt works...

These are the newly painted models, using the 'quick' and easy method.

There isn't any image upload facility here. You need to upload your image to another server and then reference its URL in the [img] tags.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures at some point, though!

I use imgur like many others here, it works smoothly :-)
