Today, I received my new WD number 369 and it was missing about 16 pages. Has anyone else had the same problem, and does anyone know what i should do to get a replacement copy?

send a polite email to Games Workshop explaining what's wrong (including which pages etc...)
They have a pretty good customer service.

The biggest problem i've encountered with WD is the fact they don't tell you when they plan to discontinue miniatures - this poses a massive problem to myself as i'm painting up th e complete LOTR collection and never find out a particular figure has been discontinued until afterwards - end up having to hunt them down and often pay through the nose for them on ebay .......£25 for Lobelia Sackville Baggins worth every penny but hey a bit of notice wouldn't go amiss.

I saw that one too ;)

I wish they'd upload the much needed pdf articles.. for example the SBG rules for the cave drake and kings champion..
