In the great 2nd Age of the Forum, we had a link to Dagorlad's Edoras how tos. Since the Tomes of Wisdom no longer exist, could a mod contact him and ask for these to be reposted? I'd really like to build the walls. Thanks.

Great Khan (all bow to the great and mighty Khan) ;-) In Battle Games of Middle Earth #52, they show how to build Rohan Palisades and in #53, Rohan Towers and Gates. There is also a template out there on building an Edoras Gatehouse http://old.tabletop-hdr.de/uploads/medi ... mplate.pdf

Just did some more exploring on the old HdR website http://old.tabletop-hdr.de/ and did a search on Edoras, worth doing as they show the building of the defenses of Edoras.

Here are some more templates:

Thanks. I'll have to check out the German sites, I've never heard of them before.

And please, no one bow to the Khan Artist. My army of orcs doesn't even bow to my commands, the cowards! I chose the name because I like puns. It's actually Great Con Artist. The "great" part pays homage to all the early magicians and such who were always "___ the Great" and so forth. Works great on wargaming forums, but I have a different one for Ebay. After all, who wants to do business with a Con Artist?

On another note, we are looking to make progress with restoration of the Tomes so I'll PM you once we have something on that front.
