Got a 3D printer? Maybe your library or local maker space does? You could do worse than this:

Lots of nice things here. Even if all you want is some basic walls and a floor, the plans cost a nice $1 USD for these simple items. Lots here for Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago too.
