Salamanders are supposed to have the bright yellow/green eyes.

Nice job Mitch, the greens look good, the only critisism I would offer is the grey highlights on the gun look more severe than the rest of the highlights.
Also, would love to see how you are going to base them.

The wings on the chest - take a lighter version of the same colour and paint the protruding parts, it will make a great effect. Maybe add some white highlight to the eyes. The green is looking good.
