Like the title says, this is my WIP for a Cities of Death board. It's not for gaming purposes right now, just to display my 40k miniatures on. Here's some pics of it so far:

No, I did not paint the space marine in the last pic, some guy unloaded it on me as part of a big Ebay lot. It's there for size comparison purposes. The board is roughly 3' x 2 1/2'

C & C welcome, please tell me what you think!

And if you can't tell, the black thing is an asphalt road. 8)

Well, it's a WIP...not sure if it's in the wrong section or not. Thanks for the helpful compliments, I hope this'll turn out to be great. Admins, if this is the wrong section, feel free to move it any time. :)

moved this topic to the non LOTR talent section :) the 40k section is mainly for news on the games :)

anyhow . . . very nice start on the board ,i wish i had the time and space to do my own one

A small update. I've poured some stuff called Smooth-It all over the board and sprayed it with textured spray paint, and then painted it with cheap acrylic paint. I'm debating whether or not to repaint it, I personally don't like my own paint job.......
