The way this store was limiting space for the Hobbit, if there are any more releases it will be direct only.

Even though the new Warhammer End Times books pretty explicitly say that the entire universe is being rebooted somehow, the manager at my store kept having to correct me with "supposedly" and "according to rumors" to everything that I had heard. He wasn't allowed to say I was right or wrong, all he could say was that that was according to rumors. The point is that they are supposed to say, even if they are told. If we see a release next summer, with nothing until then, it would likely have been beneficial to your store to limit the space. What it probably means is that your store isn't selling anything.

Has anyone heard anything since the start of the month? I'm expecting Age of Sigmar to displace all LotR/Hobbit products from stores, but I'm assuming they'll continue to be sold online (at least while stocks last) until such time as the license runs out.

The age of Sigmar is a total wash out for me. No interest whatsoever

same here, it looks to me that they are trying to link the story between 40k and fantasy. no interest what so ever.

The coming of the Age of Sigmar just means more hobby funds to spend on LOTR, as I won't be buying any new WFB stuff. ;)

Looking forward to AoS with mild interest - not for the setting or the models, but on the off chance that the rules don't turn out to be a fantasy version of 40k some of the rumored alternatives might be sources of inspiration for fan made updates/improvements to the SBG

There's supposed to be 4 whole months off of 40K. I can't see them spending 16 weeks in a row on AoS. Really hoping that we get something slipped in there.
