I have to say that the price point has amazed me - comparative to buildings from other manufacturers, £25 seems a steal!

Maybe doesn't have the quality of something from somewhere like tabletop-world for example, but it looks pretty nice, and again for £25, I reckon they'll sell a good few of them - hopefully enough to make more awesome terrain pieces for us!

Scrap that, quite possibly the best terrain set GW have done in general: characteristic, versatile (walls having two different sides and various seperate bits) and just rather good looking in general. Although sadly the last plastic Middle-earth kit we'll see in a long while, it sure is a great one to end on.

The laketown house looks like it will be a really nice kit, I expect age of sigmar players will be looking at it as well for kitbashes

When they had a facebook article about it's release a majority wanted it for mordheim, old style fantasy, KoW and AoS

I’ll be definitely getting a couple packs of them. They are really scary. 8” move and no real drawbacks other than the increased point cost. If Azog has his banner tower they’ll be able to move 11” for free – faster than cavalry!

All these new evil troops are so powerful that those poor Gundabad orcs have been reduced to a bag of flaming dog poo on Alfrid's doorstep.

The house is a cool kit, for sure. I'll be wanting to trade for the boat. I long ago decided to buy the Hirst Arts wooden house molds, so none for me.

Don't overlook The 4bot molds.

I will find out today if my local independent store can get the Lake Town set. I will order at least one.

I am afraid too much time has passed.I do not think the new kit will match the buildings I already have.

@great khan artist. I will not post pictures of the new book as that can infringe on GW's IP. I do appreciate the book is currently sold out and a new shipment will take a few weeks to arrive but there are certain paths I will not take.

I'd never thought of that. Good point. I really only wanted the full page thematic photos of games in progress, nothing with rules.
