Post subject:  ruins of osgiliath problem with order
Hello guys,
Finally after a year i decided to put my last 3 ruins of osgiliath together
Problem is that I opened the multipack box that normally contains 3 full sets of the ruins and I saw that it contained 6 times the same sprue so that's a problem :o

So now I have 6 times the same sprue with the little walls and stuff but I don't have the 3 sprues with the big walls and statues so I cannot put them together.

Problem is like I said that I ordered it the 17 of july of 2016 so I probably can't send games workshop an email to ask them if they can send me the 3 sprues that I am missing :sad:

Does anyone have an idea?

I'd still try - you have a record of your order & order number with games workshop on your account ; it shouldn't matter if it almost 12mths or not ; if you feel it will help i'd photograph the box & unmade sprues together as proof and then hopefully they should arrange for a suitable swap / replacement :)

Wouldn't surprise me if this happened more often, given the large backlog many gamers end up having. GW's customer service is great; they'll probably sort it out right away.

Yeah, definitely give them a ring and tell them the situation. Might as well try, and I suspect they'll send you a new one.
