Ok guys, for the longest time, Ive had the Boromir with sword and shield new in finecast and plastic. I only should keep one I guess. Idk which I should though. Im not the greatest painter.... and also I feel like the metal is more sturdy but the finecast has more detail. What do you guys think for an inexperienced painter to keep and paint? |

I'd keep the metal all day long. Finecast is harder to paint due to very sharp (too sharp more often than not) edges. Metal much easier to work with. |

I would also keep the metal one. If you become a better painter, it is easy to decolor a metal miniature which is not possible with finecast. An other point is that I think that a metal miniature will be worth more money in a few years. |
