Holy cow. I use to have massive all-out battles a long time ago, but we only maxed out at about 200 models per side. This, on the other hand, is ridiculous. In a good way!  ^ Scib's avy perfectly depicts my expression when I saw this battlefield. haha

I'm assuming with the system in the back-ground Commander Shepard is available in reserve. If so that may unbalance the fight |

 Quick update at the start of my turn 2. We started playing at 11am. My eagles are due to arrive this turn  I am currently leading the kill count 36-31

But we are playing until mid afternoon tomorrow probably. Should get another couple of turns in. As for points, probably between 10-15k per side roughly. This is where mumaks come into their own. It's so crowded that your opponents can't just spread out and move away. Of course there's so many warriors that it's fairly easy to swarm them and kill them, but still....Doing a reanactment of pellenor fields would be awesome, I'm talking ~10 mumaks and a lot of mounted rohan.

Fantastic! I suspect that it took about 3 days to complete? Good call Leonardis, I used to play the Siege of Gondor/Battle of the Pelennor fields over Christmas every year with about 2 thirds of the miniatures that these guys have managed to field. I do feel inspired towards another big game! |
