I'm thinking about buying the conversion kit and the mt. Rohan Royal Guard banner bearer.
But I don't have a clue what would be fair price for these, BGIME only models but still common I guess (both are BNIB by the way).

Anyone got an idea?

The conversion kit is pretty in-demand, I think. Not sure about the Royal Guard. Are these ones at a local shop or on eBay?

Rohan Royal Guard banner 15-25 dollars.

Conversion kit can go anywhere from 10-30.

Blast! To think, I passed on a RRG standard back about 8-9 years ago because I thought it was a conversion and it didn't have a horse or banner! It was only about $8 but being in Canada, I had no clue what BGiMe was then...

Were more of the conversion kits made than the RRG, then? I know a few people (and have seen several more on here) who seem to be dying to get one!

Both pop up on ebay quite a bit - The RRG banner bearer is usually quite cheap

I'd venture to say about the same. Its all about supply and demand on those. When supply dips for a while you'll be at the high end of the asking price, but then others will see that mini go for $30 and then they rush theirs to market and the prices dip. When there are 10 thousand plus of a piece made its a matter of waiting. I will say that the conversion kit will rarer with time as people disassemble theirs and use the parts. The Rohan Royal Guard Banner is less likely to be taken apart, though his shaft may break.

If anyone's interested, I saw there's a conversion kit going for £12 + free (international) p&p on ebay.co.uk! I just nabbed one myself :P

They used to be able to get them from GW at about £2.50, (this was after BGIME went bye bye).

How much would the Balin's Tomb from BGIME go for when it's brand new in a box? (thought I'd ask here instead of opening a new thread, I hope you don't mind. :P ) Also, I have an untouched conversion kit too, so it's nice seeing the price is going up. :P

I have bought over 10 conversion kits via ebay, the price range has been from £2.55 to £13.25. The £13.25 one was bought for me at xmas though and included the magazine, I would have never paid that myself. I find them very useful!

I'd completely forgotten about that conversion kit. Depends what you want it for, I suppose, but there's also the option of looking at other model manufacturers. Can be a bit cheaper.

I have it, and I have already used it. It's really nice, luckily I got the complete BGiME collection, including all figures, magazines, extras and even paints for only 40 euros!
