could someone please tell me if aragorns +2 to hit bonus (anduril) counts in an epic duel and also on the hard to kill table? |

These are To Hit, not to all rolls. A Duel doesn't have any To Hit rolls and the Hard to Kill table is used AFTER the To Hit rolls have been made. |
