Our War of the Ring Rohan Campaign has completed Turn 4. Isengard has moved into Helms Deep to try and assault the Hornburg. Théoden and Gandalf rode to try and break the siege. Meanwhile, the wargs moved into Fangorn to scout out the ents and make sure they couldn't join the fight at Helms Deep.

You can see the battle report and follow the campaign on my blog.

A great campaign and nice batreps, too - thanks!

I'm intrigued, though - if I understood correctly, you use standard War of the Ring rules for the major battles of the campaign. Yet, your Helm's Deep game seemed to utilize siege rules absent from WotR, like rising / pushing back siege ladders. What kind of modifications / additions did you use for various siege related actions? For example, how does a formation climb siege ladders and regroup at the top of the rampart?
