Anybody know which book has the rules for the Rivendell Knight Captain?

I added profile references a while back on sbginventory.com and noticed some holes in my data. This is the one remaining missing profile, and I can't find it anywhere.

GW introducing a bunch of models over several source books and then suddenly relegating a bunch of them to the trash heap has made tracking profiles down a bit of a pain, but I'm hoping that others can benefit from my work.

Pg 177 of The Hobbit, An Unexpected Journey Strategy Battle Game (The big brown book that came out with the Hobbit movies.
